Construction & Facilities in the Building:
- All Plans will be with MCGM approval.
- The frame will be of R.C.C. as per ISI Code.
- Construction of Reinforced concrete with Corrosion Resistant Steel having high carbon content from Tor 40 type.
- Structurally designed to withstand high seismic pressure, and earthquake-resistant, as per MCGM Rules.
- Concrete of a very high Grade i.e. M-20 & above.
- Cement of Grade 53 for R.C.C structure.
- Cement of Grade 43 for finishing work.
- Very few columns and beams, which will facilitate better interior planning for individual flats.
- Construction would be water resistant, smooth finish and with very attractive long lasting exterior finish.

- All walls will be POP finish.

- Exhaust Fan.
- Water Purifier (Aqua Guard).
- Electrical points for other kitchen appliances.
- Dado tiles upto the ceiling in the kitchen.
- All external windows will be of Anodized or Powder Coated or any other equivalent material with 4 mm glass.
